yes there is issue...UTI. Are u married? complete history is required and if u are having recurrent infections then go for urine culture and sensitivity.

This report merely shows UTI. Now whats the cause of UTI..that requires complete history and may require further investigations. Have u got ur ultrasound done?

Asalamo alaikum..... It suggests urine infection, urine culture is mandatory. Female tend to get urine infections. It is recommended that you consult with urine culture report. Empirical antibiotics can be advised. Keep good hydration.
