i have pain in my right arm and hand for all the night.... due to this i can't sleep... plz let me know what should i do

my derm prescribed me isotretinion last week doasge is 20 mg on alternative days and i'm facing knee pain i'm not able to do brisk walking as i'm regular in walk plz suggest some vitamins

Back pain in center of the body. sometimes full in back .

After every 2 to 3 months got severe pain, starting from back of the neck then travelling through shoulders and at the end lower limbs, arms, legs, thigh joints etc. Please advise any medication or home remedy.
