Talk to Urologist on Penis Retracts And Becomes Short And Thin

My penis gets retract when ever I feel nervous or during running or in anxiety. When it's flaccid it is Strong but when it retract it becomes almost 1 inch or sometimes it vanishes. When penis retracts I feel embracement, I use to put hand inside and pull my penis out from retraction. I have history of Masturbation also.
