Talk to Urologist on Femoral Artery Blockage

Sir my brother femoral artery were blocked. I want to a dr and he directly pereform operation of the artery .now his upper leg is completely good but his foot soul and front finger is complete white and the dr opinion is to remove the effected part of the foot. Now the the effected part is gradually becoming red so what should I do now????? Please respond me quickly please
