Talk to Urologist on Bladder Pain After Urination And Long Erection

Respected doctors, Sir, I have a problem in my bladder. I feel severe pain in bladder and even testicles and this happened in two situation. 1. If i stoped urine for longer time and bladder is full, then when I release urine, then I experience pain in bladder and testicles and other situation is erection for longer time cause the same problem. I observe that sperms(manny) also passed with urine. In this situation, I can’t walk and do any activity in this situation, I can’t do any thing, During this situation, I had to take rest for about 30-60 minutes. Then I come in normal position. There is no problem in urine releasing. Also I am facing premature ejaculation like 10 seconds time. Kindly address my question in detail thanks
