It may be frozen shoulder as she cannot move overhead movement, secondly she is diabetic, that's why joint pain..Do some exercises at home..to make her feel the relief, also do some symptomatic treatment can guide you through video call with marham..as it has to be discussed and to guide proper exercises.
Actually complete history will help me in advising u about blood tests, else many unnecessary blood tests might be done. History per kaafi problems exclude ho jatay hein.
