Thank you for the question. At the age of 35, there are quite a few possibilities. Early osteoarthritis is a possible cause. Also muscle weakness in some people due to lack of exercise/ deconditioning is another common reason. If you are overweight, losing weight also helps. In most cases, I recommend getting knee xrays, simple pain relief and physiotherapy for Quadriceps strengthening and assess the response after few weeks. Hope this helps with your question. my weight is normal. 6/7 sal pehle mere accident mein knee injury hua tha aur mere kamar k x ray or neck k mri mein muscle spasm aya tha kia yeh muscle weakness hosakta hai q k meri daily routine mein excercize nahi hai ziada tar beta rehta hun
