What other things it will effect in your views? There are things in routine to do that can help you lessen it. Like introduce exercises or daily walks especially things that create physical exertion and you feel tired at the end of the day… your daily routine matters a lot … by the way if you keep your diet healthy and nutritious masterbation will not effect it… it is a normal biological need
