Sir, mera mouth or dimagh zyada waqt khushk rehta ha, or balgum b kafi ata ha suba uthty waqt, or ab aik or masla ho gya ma kbi kbi jab ksi person k pas sy guzrta hun ya ksi ko apny ird gird bt krty sunta hun to mu sy hansi nikalny lagti ha... ma boht control krta hun ni ho pata... pls help me what is this problem?

Problem amost 1 saal sy lag rahi, pehly to office sy hona shuru hoi jaha ma job krta hun as a import manager, jab koi banda mery pas he ksi sy bt kry to meri hansi nikalna shuru ho jati, i dont know what type of this smile? Phr ab muhally mein b ho rahi, phr masjid mein gathering mein namaz parhty huwy control nhi hota. Or meri door ke nazr b weak ha (almost above 2 points ha) glasses lagy hein.
Pls btain ye kya masla ha?

It seems that my future may destroy because of this situation.
Ye masla sirf mu or dimagh sy ha... mera ander problem sab thk ha dil mein kuch asa ulta nhi... balky control b krny ke koshish krta hun ni ho pata...

And i think eyes b es problem mein include hein.... means main issue is about eyes, mouth and head.

Don't worry such problems are absolutely treatable. its seems to be your occupational area is disturbed more. Planning of goals and objectives are the first step towards treatment. As a therapist, I have to investigates the main problematic areas and plan accordingly. And this all will be done through sessions.
