I usually sleep after sunrise, and after waking up in the afternoon i feel extremely tired lethargic and sometimes drowsy also , what are these symptoms about , i feel sleepy all day and hardly feel fresh or active to do anything ... besides i am a thalassemia minor as well , are these symptoms just because of lifestyle or could it be any disorder as well, because sometime i become breathless while just about to sleep, i feel irritated when i am sleepy all day and voices or noise irritates me alot i am unable to lead a normal life now, please guide what to do and whom to consult
