jab ap yeh kehtay ho kay yeh soch negative hai and is kay baray mei nhi sochna tou yun karna bhi negative thought py attention dena hota hai.

change se mat ghbrain, insan bna hi change k lye hy, rozana different different kaam krne se mind b fresh rhta hy. routine ko ziada lamby arse tak follow krne se adat bn jati hy. is adat se jese hatein gy tu ghbrana shuru ho jate so its ok just change.

no. i gave session through my WhatsApp audio call. my session is for 1 hour and 15 minutes. sometimes it goes to 1 hour 30 minutes. even though you book video appointment. i will take you to my whatsapp number. i have also took online sessions of more than 10 clients who had slurred speech, some had staggering issues and some stuttered. My philosophy is provide as comfortable environment as i can and giving practical solutions in only one session...

I know there is no such thing-But the same thing goes on in the mind - the mind does not mature in one place- that make my mind more restless -one thing more

AOA. For the recovery of your psychological disorders, please do exercise / walk for 60 minutes. Have sound sleep of 8 hours daily. Drink 12 glass of water / liquid daily. Eat balance diet & protein diets. Take regular counseling sessions from a clinical psychologist. Then do meditation twice a day that YOU ARE GETTING BETTER.
