Mam I easily gets hurt, sometimes when my near and dear one talk to me harshly then i feel soo hurt and disturb and it took a long long time to be normal.How can I reduce my deep thinking? please help me. Due to this I can't even focus on my studies too which is urgent at this stage of my life.
