Have you consulted a Psychologist for your depression? You should get some insight through sessions/therapy about how to manage your life and get rid of depressive thoughts. Medicine could never be a long term solution due to side effects . Need for therapy is always there.

I didnt ask to leave the medicine abruptly, it's not recommended. Ap ko Psychiatrist k kehna I par hi dose kam karni chaiye lekin kia ap nai medicine lenai k sath counseling session liye? jab masla start hua, sath hi psychologist sai bhi consult krna chaiye tha. Awareness nahi hai, ham loag tablets ko hi maslai ka hal samjhtai hain jab k medicine k sath therapy li jai tu insaan jald behtar hota hai aur ahista ahista medicine chor deta hai.

don't worry just relax. this happens in depression cz depression itself is loss of pleasure. this will be better soon as you are taking meds. moreover you need to manage those factors which are maintaining your depression by yourself or by the help of therapist.
