Asking for Self, Male, 17 years old, Peshawar
Hi. I am 17 years old male. I am having mood swings for 2-3 months. I am getting angry on little things. I usually think of suicide and death. I think that the problems with the people ( I interact with ) are because of me. If I die, everything will be fine. I don't want to meet people. I have started hating people. I want to stay alone and cry. I want to talk to the person I love only. I also have fear of losing my love. Please tell me how to get rid of this.

You are suffering from Psychological issues some of them might be embedded in your personality. You need expert help.I will advise to you to take appointment from Prof Wajid Ali Akundhzada and get your medication and Psychotherapy done.CBT can be helpful in your case.
Hi.
please consult a psychiatrist ASAP for meds and after that sought treatment from a clinical psychologist. Therapy will help you out in solving the issues.
Best regards
It seems you need a bit of coaching about how to take relationships further
and how to maintain them. At the same time a little bit about anger
management. Young adolescent age is a bit impulsive and all decisions are
taken very seriously. In life one needs to be laid back and see the bigger
picture. Even as you stated , if you are afraid of losing someone, claiming
to go for suicide, is totally contradictory. In other words you are saying
you will die without the person. This projects a very needy image . So some
work needs to be done on your self image. The relationship cannot be
manipulated . It has to be sustained on its own merit. A little bit of
couple therapy or relationship counselling might be helpful once the
assessment is done in your case. Again I would suggest reach your nearest
qualified psychiatrist or psychologist. They will guide you further.
