Hi doctor sahib I am face to a big problem from many years.in gathering face become yellow and shaking of mouth or distorted face I try to control it but cannot control this condition.still I don t facing children whenever children or someone fun with me shaking of mouth and sometime I bit children.whenever go to some new place like bank or other office before my heart rate increase and when reached to those places mind switch off and Don t talk and if talk like a angry person.which type of disorder it is and please name of some medicine to overcome my problem because my condition are that that I am not able to face psychatrist.Thank you
