plzzz forward my question to psychiatrist not psychogist because it relates to psychiatrist I m a chronic bipolar patient having resistant depression but gentle hypomania my doctor prescribed my lurisa 40mg brintellix 20mg sensival 25mg n butrin 150mg which has shown outstanding results my cognition was wonderful which was very bad before treatment but unluckilly I decided to leave medicine because I felt I need medicine no more but my illness relapsed when I quit medicine in this time period I also got anxiety first time which was severe I restarted my previous medicines as a result of which my anxiety cured but improvement in cognition was not that much as it used to be earlier when I first started my medicine n also depression somewhat cured but still exists. it's been two months now after starting medicines second time but I improved 60 percent can somebdy prescribe something any suggestion

no it's very harmful it has started severe thyroid symptoms in my aunt also severe itching

cognitive symptoms do occur in chronic bipolar illness and unfortunately there is no drug to improve the cognition in a chronic illness. if your bipolar disorder episodes are controlled it is a good sign. better to consult for a full evaluation, so that a proper management can be done. donot start any new medicine on your own. there are different parameters to be assessed before prescribing

As u mentioned u are chronic pt so u should need a thorough and follow up chk up in future for prevention of relapse and hospitilisation.
You need a proper appointment via online with time to time.
Besides Friday I'm online daily from Monday to Sunday from 6 pm to 8 pm.
