I remain feared all the time. My harte beat remain 118 per second every time when I go to check up .My stomach also remain upset .There is too much pain in my fore head and frontal side of my head. At night my headech increases and I can not sleep several nights bcz my mind does not allow me bcz fear of any difficulty remain all time in my mind .I can not control this and want to get rid of it. I can not close my eyes to sleep to take care of my family members.Plz tell me what can I do. I am not allow ed to visit any psychologist.
u should.consult psychiatrist, or consult online. u r experiencing the symptoms of anxiety that need treatment

My symptoms increases at night time as it get dark .Is it the fact?
