I've been feeling sad , hopeless, negative and also anxious, impatient since I was a child. It is not severe but it is affecting my life badly. I keep having obsessive thoughts about people I have never met or are not real like characters from a novel or a movie, celebrities etc, even places, things, food. Sometimes i feel like crying and screaming, sometimes i feel blank, stuck and empty, sometimes i feel so impatient and anxious. I've never felt at ease or relaxed. Even when thinking about a simple thing my head hurts. My memory, my daily life, relationships, everything is affecting. I feel very uncomfortable talking in person or over call. I dont know what to do.
