my father had a stroke last year october that effected his left side of body but he recovered using medicines suggested by neurologist (ascard,ruling,statA,neurogen) on Thursday he experienced a stroke again now it effected right body organs , speaking ability,maybe recongnizing as well. Currently admitted in Patel hospital doctors have suggested medicines and physiotherapy for regaining the control over body I am posting it to get second opinion about case moreover i want to ask that isn't there any medication/surgery or any other method other than physiotherapy which dissolves the clot in brain and simplify the case

medicines can help out in dissolving clots but physiotherapy is some thing different. it rehabilitate the paralysis.that is necessory in your case.
Continue this medicine along with physiotherapy .Through medication clot will be resolve but surgery require according to progression of clot formation.
Medications will resolve the problem of blood clotting, but physiotherapy is required along with it to reeducate patients' muscle strength and power and to train him for daily life independent task performance.

Tha damage to brain is not reversible, however the one n only treatment for stroke patients is physiotherapy for longtime to make patisnt independet to some extent.
Physical Therapy aim to initiate movement then later on coordinations and functional activities to make patient independent. It didn't have any effect on clot breakage.
