Any history of pica? Or history of unconsciousness? Color of urine? Take her to near by pediatrician clinic for detail hx n examination.
Better is to consult pediatrician as soon as possible. If worms are persistent even after therapy then you should look for source like nail biting etc and avoiding that cause for complete cure.
