Doctor,My son is 11 months old from yesterday he is doing small very small vomits(spitting)like one in the morning and 1 in the evening Today he does same in the evening only I m not sure whether he is doing it due to over feeding or maybe he crawls and put something in mouth and vomit .He dont vomit after every feed or meal like Is it something to worry about?or its normal keeping in mind he had diarrhoea (loose motion and vomits) 15 days ago doctor had given onset for vomits And enfloor sachet for motions after that he became normal he takes formula feed meije fu along with solids

Is the baby having any fever or irritability??
Is there any other symptom.?
This could be due to over feeding.. Then again a systemic review is must if problem persists.
For Mild spitting , don’t worry. If baby is active, alert no fever. May be it’s over feeding
