Assalam u alaikum.boy age almost 5 again having cough and phlegm stuck in chest probably asthmatic.We gave britanyl one teaspoon last night and nebulised with full clenul nebule without water yesterday afternoon.Advise accurate dosage of britanyl and nebulisation.How many times???? ASAD also is having enlarged adenoids and tonsills advised adenotonsillectomy which we want to avoid for few years.
syp.Britanyl 1 tsf thrice daily
nebulise with 0.5 ml ventolin solution thrice daily
