Dear parent, these symptoms are related to many illnesses, it's better to give him regular calpol and take advise from specialist to make exact diagnosis and cause for these symptoms.

Syp Babynol 2.5 ml every 8 hourly for 5 days
Syp Panadol 5 ml every 6 hourly for 3 days
Fever with runny nose and cough is usually due to infection with viruses in young children and do not need antibiotics. Below 2 years of age antihistamines or allergy medicines are also not recommended. Cough syrups are not recommended even up to 6 years. You may use Normal Saline nose drops for blocked nose and warm fluids such as soups or warm honey water for cough. Give Panadol only if temperature is 100.4 F or more, on as required basis.
