Plz write in Urdu or English. The objective is not the number of clothes but the warmth of the baby. Use the back side of your palm. Place backside of your fingers/palm on the back of the baby(under the clothes). If the back is cold, the baby needs more clothes but if back of baby is warm then it is okay but if the back is hot then remove some clothes.
U have to keep balance, it depends upon upon yr local room temp . Because now whether is going-to change , keep it average dress up.
