I suppose there is no fever. Plz stop all this nebulization with atem or clenil. Also stop claritek and coferb. They will spoil your baby. You can give Panadol only if there is fever that you can check on thermometer. If thermometer does not show fever then don’t give Panadol even. Start Nebulization with 3 ml normal saline every 1-2 hour. When the baby gets better then you can reduce the frequency of nebulization to 3-4 hourly. I would also suggest CBC & CRP done from a good lab.

Most likely it’s bronchiolitis ,if it’s mild continue Nebulizer with Normal saline only. Is any sign of difficulty in breathing, consult ur local doctor. Generally it improves gradually.
