Talk to Pediatrician on Abnormal EEG

AoA Respected Doctors, I have a 2 year old son who is having all the late milestones.

Allhumdulillah all the tests which can be taken in Pakistan showing no problem except the EEG, report is attached. We are also waiting for genetic test report.

My son is not having any seizure/epilepsy but EEG is not normal and the neurologist who performed the EEG said that no medication is required at this stage.

I have shared the report with another neurologist and he said give the half hitop 25mg twice a day for a month and if you see any improvement in baby behavior then continue it otherwise discontinue after a month.

Now 1 neurologist said no medicine is required and other is saying give a medicine which can have a few side effects as currently my baby sleeps and eat well and we can see the physical improvements.

Please share your valuable feedback if we should go with the medicine or not.
