Count respiratory rate in 1 minute.look at ribs (body k Ander to nahi ja rahi?any sound from nose? naak k qareeb kaan lija kar dekhna. Feeding normal? or koi symptoms? Mothers or powder milk? fever? diarrhea? vomiting? convulsions?ear discharge?

he is taking isocef drops, E-clar, tezcol ex and nebulizer...he was born premature 35 weeks due to low amniotic fluid..he is totally on top feed (bf-1)..by birth hernia b then jiska operate 2 months me hua tha..jab ye peda hua tha tb isk sans se seetti ki awaz ati the jo slow slow theek ho gae the...baby pehle se bht better hai pr sans me resha ki abi b bht ziada awaz ati hai..motion normal kr ra ha dink me ak dafa pr dark color ka motion hota ha..sans zoor se leta ha kbi kbi..feed pehle 6oz leta tha pr ab 4 oz le ra ha ak time me..current weight 7.2kgs..birth weight 2.4kgs

stop tezcol ex and isocef.. if e-clar for 5 days completed and no improvement then give syrup Augmentin 156.5/5ml 1/2 tsp subah shaam for 5 days and syrup Ventolin 1/4th tsp three times a day for 5 days. visit any vaccination center and Give him Vitamin A dose if not given before. also give d-max drops once daily at least 6 months of age.
