my 2.5 years old got some gut issues...doctor is confused between giardiasis and gerd..I think after this my child has got lactose intolerance...his abdominal scans are perfect except excessive gases are seen in upper abdomen and epigrastic region..now I got him medicine famotidine , dimeco and motlium but sptoms persisted...after 3 days doctor changed the medicine and gave him izaton... but still nausea is there...I think he has got lactose intolerance...please doctors help me what to do... .. whenever he drinks milk he throws up .. is there any solution... if really he is lactose intolerant for life
