Talk to Orthopedic Surgeon on Throat Pain

one of my friend went to check his throat pain along with shoulder pain on right side to orthopedic & he referred to a surgeon after giving clearance through Xray which shows ervertthing normal & that surgeon suggested CT scan of neck after ultrasound.They were asking for a surgery which my friend Refused , to send the sample for analaysis to pathologist , then i take him to another hospital to E&T consultant & he says its nornal swelling on one side & gave megamox antibiotic for one week.i need advice from our pakistani doctors by having a look at these reports.
