Talk to Orthopedic Surgeon on Abnormal Chest Pain

For the last year, I'm experiencing episodic chest pain (pricking, sharp sensation usually last for 3-4 min) along with breathlessness. The pain is located in 3 places ( shoulder, under the left arm and near the stomach). I have consulted cardiologist, pulmonologist and gastroenterologist but the problem is still persistent. All my test results like Ecg ETT, Echo blood tests are clear except for low vitamin D. I play tennis regularly using left hand so the problem might be muscular. Kindly suggest me the most relevant doctor to my problem. Sports physio, physiatrist or chest specialist?
