Talk to Cancer - Oncology on Gynecomestia- After TRT. Need Help

Hello Dr, I have a History of testicular cancer. Orchidectomy twice. Both times survived Alhamdullilah but lost both private organs/testes. Got Chemo BEP. Endo started my Testosterone replacement therapy 2 months after chemo with Testoviron inj 250ml once in a month. 1st month i felt no side effects, 2nd month i started feeling swelling on breast tissues with light pain. 3rd month i felt swelling on breast both sides, armpit, PAIN in Nipples only when pressed or touched hardly. Dr stopped my TRT inj. Refer me to Breast clinic. I hv stopd taking inj now 1.5 months and hv no swelling but only a light pain in nipples with nipples swelling too. other symptoms weight gain around 8-10kg. Acne on my back & shoulders. I have started an exercise to reduce weight. What else i can do? Please HELP.....
