Aslamoalaikum I am a cancer survival.married. Mjy 3rd stage breast cancer tha.. Jo k 4 sal phly diagnos hua tha.. 2 sal mera treatment chlta rha, surgery(right breast removed) chemotherapy, radiotherapy, 17 herceptine ye sb treatment hua.. Doctor says ab mn bilkul thek hon.. Mri sb reports sahi hn x-ray, ultrasound wghera... Now i want to conceive... Is this possible? Koi msla to nhi hoga?
Are you taking any hormonal treatment? Do you have any kids before ? I would suggest you should consult your medical oncologist to guide you further.

If you are taking any hormone therapy then you must discuss it with your Oncologist and your Gynaecologist first.
Generally speaking, yes you may conceive if 12-18 months have past after last Chemotherapy with regular 3 monthly follow up to your doctor and informed consent of known risk of recurrence of the disease as no one can give you the guarantee that the disease would never come back specially in Stage-3, Her 2 neu positive case.
Just hope for the best, pray from Allah Pak and then decide about it keeping the risks vs benefits in mind.

Risk kia ho skta hai? Ye k mjy again cancer ho skta hai? Ya is k ilawa bhi koi? Baby sahi hoga kia usy to koi risk nhi hoga?

There is always some risk involved wherever there is involvement of genetics in a disease like Breast Cancer.
