Asking for Father, Male, 62 years old, Lahore, Pakistan
Patient age 62. History of prostate cancer advance stage. He was diagnosed with it 3 years before and at that time his abdomem was swollen. He is again feeling that his abdomen is again getting swollen. MRI spine and CT scan are done recently and some LFT RFT
Please read these reports for me ( are reports showing any sign of worsening ) and guide me whether we should go to oncologist in person and go for abdomen MRI asap

Kindly don’t disclose the news to the patient straight away as it can lead to extreme worry and depression. It needs to be done in a professional way.
