I want to know ,during the fasting state why is the weight more in the morning and less in the evening . And which weight is the accurate ? The one measured in the morning ?or the one measured in the evening ?
Weighed my self yesterday my weight was 55.5 Now when I woke up I checked it’s 56.3 how is it possible I mean
weight is measured empty stomach in the morning... that is actual weight of your body..
you need to measure weight when stomach is empty..
Weight is is to be measured on empty stomach, for the accurate value, as per your question as why its is more in sehri it's because of the food and water intake. Fluids have a significant affect on the body weight.
And fluctuations in weight noted in such short durations are normal.
weight should be measured empty stomach as whatever you eat or drink adds up to your weight hence increasing it a bit but such minor fluctuations are normal that's not an issue
It could be the water weight of thy body.
Something it’s retained water weight inside body, which deviates. And sometimes its the calories of a meal. Don’t be that worried ?

Weight fluctuates throughout the day based on the floods and foods that you eat. Right now it is higher in the morning than the evening because of fasting and foods/beverages are are being consumed at Iftar and Sehri times. Otherwise it is usually a bit lower in the mornings than the evenings. Don't obsess over 0.8 kg.

Weight usually fluctuate through out the day..
It is recommended if you r monitoring your weight you should weight at the same time. Like you did your weight before breakfast in morning today for monitoring you ll take second reading on next day or next week at the same time.
when ever you consume foods that are high in sugar and processed, than your insulin levels spike up in the blood, making your body to store fat..... this spike blocks leptin, (the hormone that tells you that you are full.. )
the weight is more during morning because your food is still under digestion process and suger levels are high ,by the passage of time your body deals with complex mechanisms in body and in evening you again feel hanger bangs as your body has done grabbed all energy from food and needs more to consume
