Hi, i am mother of a 1 year old daughter. I had c section for delivery. The problem is i am very skinny. Recently i had covid positive now i am recovered. But my weight fell so much. I am nursing mother too. I want to gain some weight. My recent weight is 40 kg but i want it on 55 kg. I am vegetarian cannot eat any type of meat. Please any nutritionist can tell me the diet and work out plan to gain some weight.

I realise that people want a quick easy solution to weight management issues. Unfortunately, there is never a one size fits all solution. Without proper consultation, it isn't possible for me, or anyone else, to guide you properly.
Change requires modifying both dietary and lifestyle habits, as well as dealing with any underlying psychological issues such as anxiety, depression, and severe stress.
