Am I allergic to milk and dairy products? Cause whenever I take/drink milk, I've a feeling of vomiting. It happens every single time when I take. I'm under weight and asked by everyone to drink a-lot of milk while I can't even drink a cup of milk. I have stomach pain as soon as I take milk. 1: I avoid every single thing which I see having even small quantity of milk like mostly dairy products including sweet dishes, ice-creams. (except milk shakes, which I can take a glass, not more than one a day). 2: Symptoms I have after having milk, (vomiting, abdominal pain, stools).

Milk is not a necessity. It is only calcium that is needed by the body, and there are other sources of calcium besides dairy products. You should schedule an appointment so we can analyse your diet, assess if you are truly underweight, and then make a dietary and lifestyle plan that is suitable for you. I am available through Marham or Zoom.
