I m 35 old, my daily diet, i take one bread slice with cup of strong tea, in lunch take one loaf, take one any fruit and drink 8_10glass water all the day and evening take cup of tea, i take one loaf in dinner. My waight 65 kg, hight 5.2 inch, pls advise can i take multivitamin on daily basis wd my current diet schedule.

yes, you can take multivitamins with the diet.
but i prefer to modify your diet a bit.
add proteins in your diet e.g egg, meat, lentils etc.
add nuts and seeds and vegetables in the form of salads , and increase your daily physical activity.
