You need to book an appointment as I would like to know more details about her. Hormonal imbalance and nutritional defficiencies can be the reason sometimes. Diet history and other factors also contribute. So it's hard to suggest anything without knowing the proper history.

2.SHE HAVE A FAST METABOLISIM which tends to metabolize the nutrients at a faster level
3.she may be doing alot of physical activity
