If the patient is not suffering from any medical complications you can use canola oil and olive oil in a moderate amount. Just make sure you aren't using too much oil in any food you are preparing. But if there is any medical complications then you have to give us information about that so we can completely guide you.

Never depend on just one oil. Use the oil most suited for the dish you are making, and keep the amount used to a minimum. Sometimes the right option is desi ghee, other times it may be olive oil, butter, mustard seed oil, etc.

For cooking purpose pure mustard oil should be used. It is pure and 100% natural. NEVER use processed hydrogenated oil, eg, canola, corn, sunflower, etc, etc, they contain transfat which causes atherosclerosis and thickening of arteries leading to Hypertension, heart attack, stroke, these oils are bad and inflammation in body eg joint pain. For deep frying use mustard oil, shallow fry with Desi ghee. Use extra virgin olive oil for salads, don't use Pomace olive oil it also contains chemicals. Hope answered the question

Well desi ghee has more positive properties than others .. but olive oil is best, though it’s costly to use so I recommend you desi ghee if you afford it

Aoa,, you can use Desi ghee corn oil in moderation for cooking and you can also use olive oil (extra virgin oil is best ) but also in moderation.. Usage of oils and fats also depends on your body .. If you are healthy and not having any issue related cholesterol etc then go for healthy oil usage !!

Cooking oil is better than ghee, desi ghee is good but not good for cooking purposes. Corn oil is better option for cooking. As olive oil should also not used for cooking. You can use olive oil for salad dressings.
