Hello, does your father have any co morbid? If yes (diabetic? Then no to ensure) if no then it’s okay to take via nasogastric.
No Ensure is not recommended by me ..I give it for oral use
Use ensureplus as an alternate.
Nasogastric feed should not be restricted to formula but should have variety. You acn grind shake food with water and make it's consistency to pass through NG tube. And yes you can give Ensure Formula Milk through NG.
