Toddler nutrition seems harder as to deal with all the tantrums of the child but believe me it is even easier till just a bit of attention is provided :)
The average consumption of milk for a toddler is 2-3cups .
By this it doesn't mean that it has to be given orally you can make different food by using the quantity so that her calcium requirements are met. one more thing give her good iron based food cause cow milk is poor in iron.
As for her whole diet has to be given in small meals with combination of all the nutrients .

Force feeding only results in making meal times traumatic. Think about how you would feel if someone tried to force food in your mouth. Sadly, it seems that you did not focus on teaching the child proper dietary habits when solid foods were started at about the age of 6 months. To undo this, you are now going to have to deal with the temper tantrums. Eating habits are learned behaviours that are primarily taught by the parents. You have to model, praise, and reward the behaviours you want to encourage.

You need to realize that milk is not a necessity. It is calcium that the child needs, and there are other sources of calcium beside milk. At the age of 2, she should not still be using a feeder at all. Honestly, you need to schedule some sessions either in person or online to learn how to teach your child healthy eating, and undo some of the bad habits that have been allowed to develop. amsadiqua@gmail.com
