not sure if its a right question to ask here.but i want to make sure whatever food we are eating on daily basis is healthy or not.one of my main concern is regarding chicken that comes in packets and the other concern is regarding the readymade packet masalas which we use.I read somewhere these masalas contain metals like cadmium and nickel.please let me know if they use be used or not?
I would recommend Desi Chicken and mutton
I wont ever suggest ready-made or processed food items or packet item to my patients .. try to have fresh spices, buy fresh meat and chicken ..
use desi chicken and always use fresh not processed or packets chicken.

Hi. There are many laws made for safe packaging of food. Just read labels. they're fine.
Try to eat fresh fruits vegetables meat ( Chicken, Beef and Mutton ) organic products are highly recommended . As far as spices are concern use them Less and read labels before buying
in my opinion, their is no harm in using masla packets. most of them are safe. however, still keep an eye on the list of ingredients. fresh meat is always 1st option to consider. but if fresh one is not available than you can use the packed chicken too. food laws are not that bad. its better to have meat rather thn skipping.

The biggest concern with the boxed masala mixes is the amount of salt that they contain. The amount of salt consumed each day should be minimized. Whenever possible, it is better to mix your own spices.
Ready to use chicken products like the kebabs, and koftas will also contain preservatives of some sort, regardless of whether the company admits that it contains preservatives or chooses to call them food additives or some other name. I personally doubt the quality of the chicken used in the uncooked frozen packets, so I avoid the use of them in my house on a regular basis. Focus more on eating vegetables and daals instead of chicken. Chicken, beef, and mutton isnt needed on a daily basis.

Assalam alaikum dear all the foods that comes in packets, cans they contain high amounts of salts as preservatives .. you just have to minimize the amount of salt in your foods r just read labels on each pack..
