Talk to Nephrologist on Pain In Kidney Area

I had pain in my kidneys I went for an ultrasound they said there is nothing wrong my nephrologist physically examined and he said Kidneys are fine. However I had an issue with urine, my urine culture came positive it was treated by a doctor but I still feel the same symptoms. I mean pain in both kidneys area mostly in the left area along with bloating and gas issues. sometimes urine comes with normal pressure but sometimes It isn't. but there is no pain during the urine. The urine colour is almost yellow but sometimes it's transparent. The main issue is pain in the kidney areas and around the bladder. what should I do in this case??
