main ne 15 days pehle CT scan karaya tha us main left kidney main simple cortical cyst noted in intrrpolar likha hai jis ka size 12*14 mm hai. aur epiploic appendicitis at lower abdomen available likha hai.mera problem ye hai ke mujhe one week se upper side back pain ho raha hai .aur jab main ziada work kerta hoon to kabhi kabaar kidney Side light pain bhi feel ho raha hai .kia ye cyst ki wja se hota hai .kia ye cyst problematic hai. is ka kia ilaj hai ke cyst khatum ho jaye. plz give me suggestion.
No this pain is not because of cyst and this cyst is not problematic. Ur pain is most likely muscular.
Asalamoalikum, simple cyst is bening, means nothing to worry, pain is because of muscular spams, after work as you mentioned. Yes simple cyst only require monitoring yearly ultrasound scan. For pain take simple pain killer with mucle relaxants like neubrol Forte. For epiploic appendagitis please keep in mind few things, eat less in small portion, try to decrease weight if you are obese, and take simple panadol with table Mebevirine, and don't confuse appenditis with epiploic appendagitis.
