Talk to Nephrologist on HBV, HDV, HTN, Kindey Joint Pain,Eyes Pain

I have been suffering from Hypertension since last 5 years my joint hurts badly and I feel eyes pain as well , my eyes size are gradually reduced. but in recent I am diagnosed with HBV+HDV and UTI. my lab are attached. other symptoms, left lower abdominal pain with urine burning too much laziness and difficult to open eyes and I feel my vision. thrice time checked vision it was normal doc says its becoz dryness

others lab: thyroid profile : normal RFT: Normal Uric Acid: Normal ECG and Echo: Normal

could you please help whom should I consult?
