Assalam-o-Alaikum doctor, I’ve been facing a some mysterious pain in my neck which goes to my head and to shoulders too. But the point is neck. I never heard such kind of pain in my entire life. I’m scared to go for a checkup. I read that’s it’s tension headache. But I’m still so worried. My neck and back hurts.
please use small pillow & avoid any stress.u may take muscle relaxant for few days if not relieved
It looks like muscular pain, you would need regular neck excersizes. Check your VIT-D levels and serum Calcium level.
You need to use soft pillow with some neck muscles massage.
pain killers and muscle relexents may be used sparingly .
are you a student ?? you need to maintain a correct posture and distance from the table when sitting on a chair ,back should be well supported , dont slump on the table , dont study on bed. Hot showers , massage , heating pad all helps but muscle relaxant daily for a few days would relax your neck , back and shoulders and break the cycle of muscle spasm and thus pain.
