Thank you dr for detail , actually because of ibs and gallstone I can’t take fatty , oily and dairy products that’s why weight reduced I was 59 kg 2 years ago because I can’t take these food that’s why my weight not increased , after 3 months I am getting married that’s why I need some supplements or homeopathic medicine for this issue ,
