any position she prefers right now in the beginning-but better nt to sleep wth face down...
Initially she can sleep on right, left or straight but in advance pregnancy she should opt a left side posture...

its early pregnancy u can sleep in any posture u r comfortable.. but with advance pregnancy left lateral position is better
