Asking For Self, Female 24, Lahore

My first pelvic ultrasound report on 01-11-21 (8th week of pregnancy) says twin pregnancy but no heartbeat. After 4 days (on 5-11-21), TVS report says single pregnancy with heartbeat and one empty sac. What does it mean? Which report is more reliable? What should I do now? It's my first child and I conceived after so long

It can be twin pregnancy with one fetus not growing..but it can happen that it may catch growth later on.scan done after 2 weeks would be confirmatory if whether one fetus is growing or the both..
For the time provision is that one fetus is growing and the other one is lagging in growth.
