This is My NT scan report, my first baby who is 3 years old is having autism..on this report its showing echogenic bowel, what other tests do i need to do to rule any other syndrome, not knowing about pregnancy i took regesterone tablet for 5 days is echogenic bowel due to that.kindly guide..and also about position of placenta..

placenta and bowl needs followup scan to see its location and change in echogenicity....
autism can not be detected on ultrasound. you must seek consultation with obstetritian.

If echogenic bowel appears with other soft tissue abnormalities than there would have been chance abnormalities. Isolated can b normal.while ultrasound on other hand can pick 70 percent abnormalities not 100 percent. U take folic acid supplement .wait for 20 weeks to go for detailed anomely scan
